Lena Kyman, UNC clinical audiology doctoral student, put together an excellent website called Hearing Aid Help  (http://hearingaidhelp.web.unc.edu) with the help of HSL. The website includes a series of videos designed to help parents of children with hearing aids.  (Lena designed the site; we helped primarily with video editing and production.)
