The American Society for Information Science & Technology (ASIS&T) presented the prestigious Watson Davis Award to K.T. Vaughan (MSLS ’01), pharmacy librarian at HSL and adjunct professor at the School of Pharmacy. The award is given once each year to a single ASIS&T member who demonstrates outstanding continuous contributions and dedicated service to the Society.

A reception to celebrate KT’s award took place at HSL on February 12, 2013. The award was accepted on KT’s behalf by UNC SILS Associate Dean Barbara Wildemuth at the ASIS&T annual meeting in October 2012.
